Downtime? My sites down again before I sign up.

Hi,

I am about to sign up for a reseller account to host my site myself. My site is currently hosted on Reseller.com by my web designer and was down at the weekend due to upgrades and it's down again and I cannot access it. I cannot see any reason why on your site. Any help would be appreciated as it's costing me money not being online.
